Duties To help develop overall recruitment and communication plans for supporters Reporting on the success of legacy marketing initiatives Producing campaign analysis to feed into sophisticated segmentation proposals Developing new initiatives and projects with the legacy marketing manager Building loyalty of existing responders, intenders and pledgers Responsible for the management of legacy marketing and wills and trusts information Act as a source of information on issues relating to legacy marketing and wills and trusts information
Essential Broad knowledge of marketing Good knowledge of direct marketing Good understanding of the creative process Good understanding of relational databases and Microsoft Office Experience of legacy marketing, direct marketing or campaign management Excellent communication skills including diplomacy and sensitivity
