An east London local authority is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Housing department.
The main duties of the position will involve housing cases, handling non-secure tenancy possession claims, including drafting the claims, court paperwork and responding to correspondence from opposing Solicitors.
You must have similar experience with a local authority setting, dealing with possession claims.
