An exciting opportunity has arised to work for a Housing Association based in Watford as an M&E Electrician.
Details of the role are as follows
Maintenance, fault finding and repair of single and three phase motors, machinery, equipment, air handling and fan coil units
Testing and repairing emergency lighting and a CHP unit.
Diagnosis and repair of household electrical wiring
Responsible for Lifts, Boiler rooms and Fire Alarm Panels
The successful candidate will be educated to a City and Guild in Electrical Installation with 16th Edition Certificate and will have a strong background in M&E.
Candidate will be required to have own van and tools – You will be reimbursed for mileage.
