Maintenance Engineer within a NHS Trust
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated maintenance engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to play a critical role in the ongoing drive to improve the standard of facilities within a thriving and well-established NHS trust.
Daily duties;
•Provide a maintenance service to the main 700 bed acute hospital ancillary buildings and off-site properties. •Provide emergency out of hour's maintenance and repair to the various trust properties. •Analyse, troubleshoot, fault-find and test machinery
The desired candidate will be; •Qualified to HNC/BTec or at least City and Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or possess an acceptable qualification of an equivalent or higher standard and extensive experience within the stated fields. •CORGI registered for checking and servicing of Gas installations or has satisfactorily completed IEE 16th Edition Wiring regulations.
