A customer adviser is required for the maintenance department of a large Housing Association. You will be the first point of contact for all customers who call or visit regarding maintenance to their homes.
You will handle all repair requests, determining key information and issue repairs orders. You will liaise with the customers and contractors throughout the process, ensuring repairs are carried out on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and professional organisation, providing fantastic service to customers and clients. You will need previous experience in a similar setting. On site parking is available for this role.
