Our client is an award winning contractor and they are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their office in Kingston Upon Hull. The client currently works in partnership with Hull City Council on their properties. You will be responsible for the voids team, adaptations team, some planned works and the asbestos administrator. The voids team deals with a £3m project which has 20,000 voids properties.
There is a £1m adaptations scheme and a £2m planned maintenance scheme you will also oversee
The client is looking for someone who has management experience while working for a contractor or local authority partnership. Experience of working with high volumes of properties is also an advantage.
