A large Housing Association are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Reactive Maintenance for the public sector organisation. You will be responsible for supporting 5 other members of staff including Maintenance Surveyors and Stock Condition Surveyors.
They have over 5,600 properties spread over 11 London Boroughs which are a range of rented, leasehold & older persons housing.
