Maintenance surveyor required to work for a reputable housing association in the West Midlands. The maintenance surveyor will be based in South Birmingham covering the South Midlands (Birmingham to Oxford)
As Maintenance surveyor you will manage the day-to-day repairs, cyclical, and site improvements for the associations assets under the guidance of the Property Manager.
You will be passionate about your job, with and ONC or HNC qualification or equivalent experience. You will have a good knowledge of repairs, and have day to day repairs and voids surveying experience. Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to organise your own workload and meet deadlines.
