We require a Reactive Day-to-Day Maintenance Surveyor of one of partnering contract clients, based in North London. The main duties of this position will be to inspect for defects in response to maintenance works orders, specifying minor works using a schedule of rates, working closely with tenants and supervising with work of preferred contractors. To be successful for this position you must have had previous experience as a Maintenance Surveyor with a housing association, local authority and or partnering contractor.
