A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance/Contract Manager to be responsible for the operation of planned maintenance works in the Reading area. The ideal candidate will come from a petrol and chemical industry.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide technical reports to clients
Liaison with clients on the maintenance system
Engineering works - Prepare specification for the repair and replacement of defective assets
Obtain costs
Maintenance inspections
Update drawings as required following engineering works
Technical Support
Candidates should have a HNC (Mechanical or Electrical) Proven levels of experience in operating in a planned maintenance system is vital. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Mapping and Engineering Software is required.
