This role is crucial to the future of the development of his company. An IMMEDIATELY need to bring on a keen Senior QS to deliver his £40 million commercial / Retail, flagship project, nr Medway, Kent.
On completion of this project lies an incredible opportunity – the very real prospect of directly supporting the Commercial Manager as MANAGING QS!
As you would expect, there is no salary range indicated here, they will happily match the salary expectations, for the right person.
Role and responsibilities include:
Leading on: As Managing QS you will be heading up a team of 10 surveyors / liaising with internal divisions / managing many sites.
On site you will be heading up the entire commercial aspect and ultimately be the lead decision maker.
You will have experience of large scale projects, and managing the team that goes with it.
You will be client facing and dealing with one of the largest clients, globally, within this sector.
