A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client, a well respected Regulatory Body, who is seeking to employ a Market Researcher. The market research is primarily conducted through contracting with external agencies via an agreed list of approved suppliers and occasionally by the team itself using SNAP software. Both quantitative and qualitative research, it covers all areas of the business, from providing performance indicators for the executive team to developing evidence for strategic and operational policy. The market research is almost entirely business to business research that aims to gain insight and opinions from stakeholders and customers.
Your role as such shall be to take forward the delivery of internal and external market research projects. You shall conduct research directly and through agencies and ensure high quality research is delivered to time and budget.
Key Accountability's and Responsibilities:
• Assessing the quality of market research proposals and ensuring best value for money. • Working to KPI's • Taking a lead on research projects across the whole organisation • Delivery and presentation of out comes based research
The key criteria required for the post include: • Significant direct experience of developing market research projects from design, procurement, through fieldwork, analysis and presentation to clients. • High professional standards of research in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, with the ability to be a champion for high-quality business focused market research. • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to provide market research in a technical area
