A Social Housing Marketing and Communications Manager is required by our Bristol and Newbury based client, on a full time permanent basis.
The post holder must be able to spend time in both locations during a week.
The role is to develop and deliver appropriate external communications strategies that promote the Group and the Development Consortium effectively and deliver their key PR messages.
This will include taking a lead role on the communications aspects of major Development, Asset Management and Home Ownership planning applications, projects and marketing campaigns.
To apply you should be either professionally qualified in a marketing/PR related discipline or significant experience at senior officer or manager level in a relevant role.
Experience in a development, property or housing related environment, plus experience of managing and delivering major multi-agency/multi-disciplinary communications and marketing projects is also required.
