Our client a social business providing homes and neighbourhood services to customers in the Derbyshire area is currently recruiting for a Marketing and New Business Manager.
As the Marketing and New Business Manager you will work with the Head of Business Development to create a viable and expanding programme of business growth opportunities consistent with the Group's objectives, which expand its areas of activity, reduce its costs and contribute to surplus generation, contributing to continuous improvement and service development opportunities.
You will develop and implement new initiatives that actively market and promote the Group business across all stakeholder sectors.
Candidates must have the following Experience, Knowledge and Understanding:-
Proven experience of marketing and/or sales, preferably in a housing related context.
Demonstrable experience of managing sales and marketing programmes.
Experience of achieving sales targets.
Experience of working with key stakeholders e.g. local authorities and developers on new business initiatives.
Experience of developing and project managing business systems.
Experience of working in a team environment.
Understanding of community and urban priorities in the housing sector.
Knowledge of legal and financial framework relating to property transactions.
Knowledge of relevant quality and business awards and accreditations.
Computer literate, with knowledge of MS Office and experience of operating and developing business systems.
