A Messaging Specialist is required to provide a high level of support to the clients MS Exchange server management and support arenas. This comprises 3rd level support of Citrix and Windows Terminal Server infrastructure components. Where required you will support monitoring agents, use of the operations management console (OVOW) and other tools eg OVPI to assist in the root cause analysis and resolution of incidents and problems.
