One of Morgan Hunt's leading Housing Associations are looking to secure the services of Neighbourhood Co-Ordinator to work with them on a temporary basis with the possibility of this becoming a permanent post.
The role will involve:
- Dealing with a large property base of 800 with a large area of the work involved on the patch itself
- Dealing with ASB cases and Estate Audits
- Assisting the ASB Coodinator
- Conductng interviews
- Liaising with external agencies such as the police
- Working closely with the Lettings team
- Tenancy management
Ideal candidates will have a strong Housing background and will own their own vehicle as driving is essential to the role.
