Eden Brown are recruiting for an Older Persons Support Worker required for the South Yorkshire area.
As Older Persons Support Worker you will be required to provide a full range of support to older clients with complex needs. Duties will include providing advice on housing and re-housing, welfare benefits, accessing community care and paying rent or household bills. You will also be required to conduct risk assessments, develop and maintain support plans and keep accurate case notes.
Candidates must have access to their own transport as local travel is involved. An enhanced CRB must be in place prior to contract commencement.
