A leading London based social regeneration charity is looking to recruit an Operations Director. The role will involve coordinating a number of delivery teams based on performance data; this is an excellent opportunity to make a key contribution to their continued success. The position is based on a 6 month contract initially, but has a view to become permanent.
THE ROLE:
- Provide strategic leadership for a variety of social and physical regeneration delivery teams
- Setup a performance monitoring framework and use information from the KPI's to direct the delivery teams
- Directly line manage a small team
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Delivery of social regeneration projects and programmes
- Staff management and leadership
- Analysis of performance related information and using this to direct delivery teams
- Setting up a performance monitoring framework
