Our Client is a national contractor and due to a recent restructure they require an Operations Manager for their Wakefield branch.
The branch deals works in partnership with Wakefield Borough Council on their Decent Homes 2012 Project and here they refurbish around 1000 properties a year.
The main scope of works is overseeing the branch where there are 3 project managers and 4 site managers. You will be liaising between clients and the management team ensuring efficient flow of work.
Previous experience of working within social housing and decent homes work is essential. Experience of operations management is an advantage but the client will consider people from a senior management background.
