A functional consultant is required with good knowledge of Oracle Purchasing Contracts, and Contracts and Sourcing to develop the Contracts Management process and provide a Procure to Pay system. It will need to be enhanced to make its operation automated and to provide Oracle's Contracts functionality

A good knowledge of Oracle Procurement functionality along with XML Publisher and E-Record will be beneficial to enable understanding and contribution to the full process.
The job requires participation in the development and delivery of the Contract Management solution, participating in Workshops with the client, participating in the delivery of Conference Room Pilots, and participating in the project testing process.
The project deliverables includes the development of the Contracts Management process using the Purchasing Contracts, Contracts and Sourcing functionality.
Working with Technical consultants developing the extensions and interfaces to other systems is also a requirement.
Assist in the development of agreed MI and operational reports.
Objective:
A solution that captures the negotiated contract details in the Oracle Contract functionality and interfaces data to legacy systems to populate as required. To integrate with Oracle purchasing to populate purchase orders with the appropriate data and control the management of procurement against these contracts.
