Oracle HRMS Developer - 3 Month Contract, Westminster.
Key Responsibilities: •To assist in the design phases of our clients ORACLE 11i HRMS, •Take approved design and deliver assigned elements of a configured ORACLE HRMS system, fit for testing, and ultimately fit for purpose
Essential: •Experience as an ORACLE HRMS configurator and developer, with experience gained on successful implementations •Practical knowledge of appropriate programming languages such as Java, XML etc. •Strong inter-personal skills, with the ability to deal with various stakeholders •Proven ability to work as part of a team, but also work on own initiative •Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise own work •Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general IT skills
Desirable: •Experience of projects involving ORACLE 11i HRMS implementation, involving self-service, time & labour, learning management , I-recruitment and Discoverer modules •Experience of data migration •Security Cleared (minimum CTC)
