Do you want to help us to make a difference?
Do want to be part of a diverse team that helps our residents feel safer?

Homes for Islington is London's biggest Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO). We have already won two stars from the Audit Commission and this year we have set our sights on three stars. Our approach – inspiring, empowering, results-driven and customer focused – stands us in very good stead to succeed.

We are looking for motivated and customer focused people with a genuine interest in housing, to help us deliver excellent housing services and take forward our challenging improvement plan - At Homes for Islington we listen to our residents.

They tell us antisocial behaviour prevents them from enjoying the peace and quiet of their homes in the environment in which they live. They also tell us that most anti social behaviour occurs out of our usual office hours. In direct response to these concerns and working very closely with the London Borough of Islington, we have transformed our antisocial behaviour services to include an Out of Hours Anti Social Behaviour Service.

If you feel you have the same drive and determination as Homes for Islington and its residents and want to develop your skills within a new team promoting safer and cohesive communities then we want to hear from you.

This is a rewarding role that provides support to residents and area teams in tackling anti social behaviour. You will investigate and collate information and evidence by providing an official Hi-viz presence on our estates.

You will have:
· Knowledge of antisocial behaviour procedures in a housing context and an understanding of problems experienced by residents in inner cities.

· The ability to maintain close links with partner organisations to complement the borough’s aims to deal swiftly and effectively with anti social behaviour

· Excellent interpersonal, numeracy, literacy and IT skills

· A full clean driving license.

· Excellent Health and Safety awareness.

· The ability to work evening and weekends, on site and as part of a team providing a flexible responsive service. Working hours are 4pm/5pm-Midnight/1am

· The ability to deliver objectives to achieve the service aims.

· Strong Team Leadership Skills

· Criminal Records Bureau Clearance

In return for your commitment we offer excellent training and development opportunities and the chance to join an organisation that’s going places.
