This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Mental Health Charity based in Central London. This is an immediate start and it is a ongoing temporary contract. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director in managing the department and administrative support and co-ordination of work to the department as a whole. You will be in regular contact with department staff from across the organisation as well as committee and forum members, external contacts, the general public and representatives of other organisations. You will be the first point of contact for telephone calls using judgement to filter these calls and take appropriate action. You will be sorting incoming post and emails. You will be drafting correspondence. You will also be arranging travel.
You will have experience of working in a similar environment within a Charity.
