Part time learning disabilities support worker required to work for a floating support project in the Durham area. The role will involve visiting people in their own tenancies carrying out support plans, risk assessments and key working. Candidates will also be required to provide office cover, to include monitoring of the lone working team, answering the telephone, taking messages and other general office duties as and when required.
Candidates must have previous within a support/ project worker role ideally working with clients with learning disabilities. The post is for up to 3 days per week, flexible on the days worked.
Candidates must have a clean driving license and access to their own transport and also hold a an enhanced CRB disclosure that has been completed in the past 6 months.
