A Performance Management Analyst is required by our Newbury based Social Housing client, on a permanent basis. The role is working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday to start August.
The tasks include supporting performance measurement, service improvement and accountability by collating, validating, analysing and reporting performance data across the Housing Association.
Also to consult, challenge and support managers to set challenging and realistic targets, and to measure and achieve performance improvements.
The successful candidate for this role must be used to dealing with large quantities of data, they will be expected to extract, collate and analyse data putting it into a legible format for Directors and Board members and also operational staff. Various techniques for both extraction and then analysis and manipulation will be required dependant on the source and the audience. All of which must happen within set deadlines to meet Board meetings etc. Accuracy and attention to detail are also essential.
Advanced excel and potentially query languages required. Candidate must understand and be able to write macros and formulas within Excel. Currently all performance reporting is calculated and presented within Excel.
