An exciting position is available for a Performance Monitoring Officer within the Housing Department of a North West London Local Authority. The role is a temporary ongoing assignment and is based within a large service area offering plenty of scope for expanding your knowledge base.
Your responsibilities will entail:
• Monitoring and reviewing the performance of all social housing landlords to maintain service delivery, and advise on appropriate performance targets.
• Developing and implementing an effective system for collating and reporting performance information from social housing providers.
• Compiling and benchmarking information on housing management and maintenance and other housing related activities from a wide range of relevant sources.
• Monitoring the handling of complaints from social housing tenants and residents and the actions taken by the housing providers.
• Assisting the development of an effective e-library of statistical information on performance, ensuring that the information is accessible, helpful and up to date.
To apply for this position you must have previous experience working as a Performance Officer within a Housing department or environment within the public sector. This is an analytical role so experience of data analysis and performance management is essential.
