Our client one of London's largest Housing Associations based in North London is looking to recruit a Performance and Quality Manager. The role offers the chance to facilitate effective performance management and drive continuous improvement across the Housing Association.
The successful candidate will be:
•Developing and maintaining the performance management framework for the Housing Association.
•Ensuring KPI reports that meet regulatory and best practice guidelines are produced and published monthly
•Directly responsible for 3 Quality Officers
•Contributing to the annual planning process through the collation of performance information and target-setting
The successful candidate will have:
•Experience of public sector performance monitoring
•Supervisory experience
•Detailed understanding of the QHS process.
•The ability to interpret statistical information and relay this information to relevant stakeholders.
