The successful candidate will have ideally worked within a Personnel or Human Resource environment although candidates will be considered who have a strong background in customer services. Applicants should have working knowledge of the MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as database based applications. Most importantly candidates should posses excellent communication skills and should be confident in their ability to learn new skills. Any formal word/typing qualifications or knowledge of MS Visio (drawing tool) is highly desirable.
Within the role you will be required to provide administration to all Personnel, Recruitment, Appraisal and Training/Development tasks. This will include working to company policies and procedures, updating/maintaining employee records and liaising with 3rd parties suppliers for training and development requirements.
