A Partnering Contractor based in East London requires a Pre & Post Inspector for a contract with a large Registered Social Landlord. The main duties of the position will be to undertake site visits and post inspect work being done to kitchens & bathrooms by the sub-contractor as well as your own operatives.
You will also be required to keep a dairy and attend pre-contract meetings. To be successful for this position you must have good technical knowledge, have previous Pre & Post Inspector / Clerk of Works / Snagging experience with a contractor or local authority and have a background within social housing.
