Our client, a Primary Care Trust, is seeking to appoint a Practice Project Manager. You will lead the delivery and development of Specialist and General Practices within the provider arm of the PCT, ensuring performance indicators are met and exceeded.
The Practice Project Manager will lead on specific development programmes in relation to directly managed practices, whilst ensuring general and specialist practices are developed in line with the Primary Care Development Strategy and commissioning intentions. The Practice Project Manager will also lead on training within practices in pursuit of actioning a high quality standard of clinical care and management, ensuring all staff, clinical and non-clinical, are proficient in the use of QOF software and clinical protocols.
Candidates wishing to apply for this role must have a senior management experience within a practice and have been responsible for managing resources effectively, such as staff, finances and equipment. The successful candidate must also have experience of service modernisation whilst ensuring that governance systems are implemented to an effective level.
