Excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a strong Cost Engineering background.
The successful candidate must have excellent business development and management skills, experience of NEC, ICE or GCWorks contracts with contract values between £1m and £10m and the ability to run all aspects of the post-contract cost management including valuations and final accounting.
Although office based it is envisaged that the QS will spend a large proportion of his/her time on site
