Permanent Principal Project Worker required in Greater Manchester.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading supported housing organisation. An excellent permanent opportunity has arisen for experienced project workers looking for their next challenge. The successful applicant will work to support the organisation to provide accommodation and resettlement to vulnerable clients (males ages 18 and above).
The primary duties of the post are;
- to implement a positive programme that helps vulnerable and disadvantaged service users
- to supervise, develop and mentor staff
- to take on the responsibilities of duty manager when required
Applicants must have a current enhanced CRB disclosure and proven experience in a relevant setting. Previous experience of supervising staff is essential. The shift pattern will include 1 weekend in 4, and shifts range from 8am to 9pm but do not include nights.
