A Principle Planning Officer is required to join the Development Control team within a Public Sector Organisation in North Yorkshire.
The Principle Planning Officer should have experience in major planning applications. The applicant will be both based in the office but will also be required to visit the various sites in the area.
The Planning Officer must have a full valid drivers licence, a degree in Town Planning and preferably would be a member of the Royal Institute of Town Planning.
Immediate Start
Contract for a minimum of 2 months
Negotiable hourly rate.
