We require a Project Manager for an ongoing six month contract within North London for a large Healthcare trust. The trust is in the early stages of an exciting £18m new build and refurbishment project and is looking for an excellent candidate to see the project through to completion.
Candidates must have NHS Project Management technical experiences including managing new build / refurbishment or regeneration projects within the built environment. This role will involve ensuring that the Project Management function meets fully and effectively the needs of the Trust in determining, and implementing through tenders/quotation the commitment of Capital, Revenue and the installation of specialist equipment services. This will all be within agreed costs/timescales and briefing intentions.
Candidate will be supporting the Senior Project Manager, appointing external design consultants and monitoring them and dealing with all aspects of the multi million pound project.
Experience of project management within NHS is essential; a relevant qualification in building is desirable as well as membership to RICS or CIOB.
