A Bristol County Council is looking to recruit a Project Manager for their Regeneration Division.
As the appointed Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the Westmoreland House project.
You will be required to achieve project objectives, through the application of Prince2 or other appropriate project methodology.
The successful Project Manager will have previous experience in Project Management in Regeneration and have skills in planning and property and also significant experience in development projects.
