A Project Manager is required within Parking services team, to plan, co-ordinate and manage staff carrying out activities and services during the stages of the Parking Services Enhancement Plan.
To ensure that projects are planned and executed in line with the objectives of the Parking Enhancement Plan and Prince 2 methodology.
As the Project Manager you will be developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, senior staff and trade union Representatives.
Analysing and developing new ways of working across parking services.
Identifying recommendations for change and managing their implementation.
Undertaking service reviews to establish whether systems and process are fit for purpose.
Monitor and evaluate important policy, service practise and provision.
Candidate Profile: Prince 2 practitioner qualified. An understanding of performance management systems and their applications. Ability to use Ms Project. Experience of working with senior officers and stake holders to deliver targeted out comes. Proven track record in Public Procurement. Strong people management skills and track record of working within multi disciplinary teams. Ability to handle multiple tasks under demanding timescales.
