Eden Brown are recruiting for a Project Support Worker in the Durham area. The position will be required to work within a project supporting clients with Learning Disabilities.
The role will be to assist the project worker to deliver high quality housing and support services to clients within their own tenancies. Other duties will including providing advice on issues such as welfare benefits, budgeting, life skills, employment and maintenance support. To undertake support planning and manage a number of support plans.
Candidates must have experience working within a support setting and dealing with vulnerable people with a range of support needs. Knowledge of housing benefits, income support and other welfare benefits is desirable. Applicants must have an up to date. Enhanced CRB and have access to their own transport.
