Eden Brown are recruiting for a Project Worker required for the South Yorkshire area.
As Project Worker your main responsibility will be to provide support and advice to a mixed client group. Duties will include key working, developing support plans and risk assessments, multi agency liaison and other general duties as and when required.
Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role. Access to your own transport is desirable but not essential. An Enhanced CRB is essential.
