My client a leading provider of property related facilities management services is looking for a Property Operations Manager to manage the Southern Region.
The successful applicant will take responsibility for the provision of a frontline relationship management service with senior client contacts, ensuring clear communication and education is given through networking, providing direction and guidance for our clients with premises related issues. The following are required: Understanding of Facilities Management/Premises/Property Experience of working with and influencing Senior Managers/Directors Experience of presenting to large groups of people Demonstrable experience of producing and analysing information and providing innovative solutions for improving processes Demonstrable experience of managing contractors Experience of managing supplier relationships effectively, and to improve service Full clean driving license Facilities/Property qualification or equivalent Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience of working within a field based role
The duties of this role are as follows: Manage and review Supplier/ Building Managers performance Ensure compliance with client sanction levels is followed Work with client on ensuring maximum value for regional budget is obtained Produce regular reports and information on activity and performance Positively seek feedback from all parties on the quality, service and effectiveness of delivery by undertaking customer and client surveys and applying corrective action as required Build and maintain effective relationships with all internal stakeholders Work closely with client teams to develop customer relationships and improve processes and develop initiatives. Plus any other duties required.
