Senior Practitioners required for the Leaving Care Service. Candidates should have previous supervisory / management experience & 2 years+ experience as a Senior Qualified Social Worker, with previous experience in Area Office / Residential / Foster Care environments. Also, experience of undertaking assessments & organising packages of care; undertaking & management of Duty. Must be able to maintain accurate records. Role is FULL-TIME; duration 3-6 months, subject to review. Car-driver preferred.
