Our client, one of London's largest Housing Associations based in South London is looking to recruit a Quality and Continuous Improvement officer. The role offers the chance to facilitate effective performance management and drive continuous improvement across the Housing Association.
The successful candidate will be:
•Developing and maintaining the performance management framework for the Housing Association •Ensuring KPI reports that meet regulatory and best practice guidelines are produced and published monthly •Taking responsibility for the monitoring and implementation of improvement plans •Contributing to the annual planning process through the collation of performance information and target-setting
The successful candidate will have: •Experience of public sector performance monitoring •Process or business mapping experience •The ability to interpret statistical information and relay this information to relevant stakeholders. •Knowledge of implementing ISO900 or the Business Excellence Model would be an advantage
