Quantity Surveyor required to work on a wide range of high profile projects for a leading property and construction consultancy in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive PQS with previous experience of full cost planning through to completion, experience of acting as the sole contact with clients and be able to take responsibility for a number of projects running concurrently
Current work includes High specification fit-outs; Retail projects; Residential projects for high net worth individuals and High specification residential complexes for national developers.
Chartered status (or currently working toward this) is essential.
