My client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Asset Management section in West Yorkshire.
The Quantity Surveyor will work in conjunction with the Commercial Manager and a team of Commercial Assistants and Project Managers on various projects throughout West Yorkshire.
The QS must be Part Qualified or equivalent as a minimum requirement. They must have a good understanding of contractual procedures and be able to build excellent internal and external customer relationships. The applicant should also have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Main duties will be to develop internal and external relationships with customers, develop feasibility studies/estimates, prepare/analyse budgets, provide financial analysis to stakeholders and develop benchmarking data.
My client will also look at Quantity Surveyors with a main contracting/housebuilder background.
