Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Refurbishment
A leading contractor in the refurbishment of occupied buildings are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor with experience in social housing refurbishment to work on a partnership in the South Yorkshire/West Yorkshire area, based from their Wakefield office.
Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, the position involves the management of subcontractors, placement of orders, interim applications and the management of the partnership to final account. This position ideally requires someone with previous experience working on partnering agreements or other open book projects. There is also the responsibility for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with this position.
