We require a hard working and reliable receptionist for a excellent main contractor based in High Wycombe. Our client has over 10 commercial contracts running from this office.
This is the ideal role for an enthusiastic, out-going individual who enjoys a busy environment. As a Receptionist you'll be responsible for being the focal point of information for the office to help ensure its day-to-say running is smooth, professional and efficient.
You'll also take responsibility for ensuring all incoming calls are answered in a professional manner, and meeting and greeting clients.
To succeed as the Receptionist you must be able to demonstrate either previous experience in a similar role, or proven experience in a customer-facing role. You will also need strong administration skills, proficiency using MS Office, and having switchboard skills is advantageous.
