We currently have a vacancy for a job search tutor / recruiter. This post is to commence immediately and will run for 4 – 8 weeks. You will be working for a well renowned training provider.
You will be establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with employers, understanding and meeting employer needs together with the needs of Working Links customers.
We are looking for someone who is confident, can engage employers and sell our services well, is bright, articulate, enthusiastic does what they say they will do and works hard at maintaining relationships. We want someone who can think on their feet and respond well to a variety of situations. You will be able to work well as part of a team and can integrate well with the rest of the location.
You will be responsible for:
•Sourcing and securing suitable vacancies for Working Links customers.
•Understanding local labour markets and sharing this knowledge within the local business.
•Maintaining accurate Vacancy management systems and an up-to-date Employer database.
•Recognising skills gaps within local labour markets and developing sector specific routeways to meet employer needs.
•Managing accounts of all employer relationships.
•Working as part of the consultant cluster to meet team and office performance and quality targets.
This role is paying up to £15 an hour depending on experience. Previous experience of recruitment will be highly beneficial. You will need a CRB and must have the use of a car.
