A Central London Borough is looking to appoint a Development Manager within their Regeneration team.
The Council is consulting with residents on key estates to establish their views on possible development and regeneration. The Regeneration Development Manager will be involved in researching and developing detailed regeneration proposals in conjunction with the Councils planners, valuers and external agencies and consultants.
The successful Regeneration Development Manager will be responsible for one or more estates and, where projects proceed, there may be opportunities to oversee the management and implementation of regeneration projects.
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as experience in a similar role. Knowledge and experience of planning and development will be expected and an interest in and experience of construction and land law will be advantageous.
