A successful physical regeneration organisation is currently recruiting for a Regeneration Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to lead on frontline physical regeneration in the Bristol area. This position is for 3 months and you will have the opportunity of a permanent contract should you be interested.
THE ROLE:
- Manage and deliver multiple projects around residential regeneration and capital projects
- Contribute towards sustainable regeneration programmes surrounding affordable housing
- Promote the organisation through the development of effective delivery partnerships
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- Delivery of regeneration and development projects
- Ideally some technical experience i.e. planning, surveying
