A leading medical charity has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Regional Fundraising Manager to lead and develop a successful team in order to maximise income regionally across London and the South East.

Essential Criteria
Significant experience of middle to senior management, preferably in a major charity or other fundraising organisation
A good working knowledge of the voluntary sector, preferably in the field of community and direct fundraising.
Experience of managing an annual income and expenditure budget.

Main Duties
Managing the agreed fundraising plan for the region
Monitoring revenue, expenditure and the performance of all fundraising and administration staff
Ensuring that all regional income and expenditure is correctly accounted
Managing the daily activities of all staff in the region, providing support, guidance and arranging training as necessary.
Providing leadership and motivation to the Community Fundraising team
