Regional Fundraising Manager (London and South East) – High Profile Health Charity - £43,616 + £2,400 London Weighting – based South West London
As the Regional Fundraising Manager for this well respected and high profile health charity you will be responsible for the overall fundraising plan for the region, and in consultation with the Director of Fundraising, to propose and agree revenue targets and operational budgets for the future development of the region.
With a board knowledge of different methods of fundraising you will manage the daily activities of all staff in the region, providing support, guidance and arranging training as necessary.
You will maintain appropriate control over the regional budget by closely monitoring revenue, expenditure and the performance of all fundraising and administration staff and reporting the performances on monthly basis as required.
With significant experience of middle to senior management, preferably within a major charity you will have a good working knowledge of the voluntary sector, preferably in the field of community and direct fundraising. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others.
